Job summary

Dublin Simon Community is seeking an experienced fundraising and business development leader to drive corporate partnerships and income growth. You will manage a small team, open doors with potential partners, and convert opportunities into long-term support for housing and services aimed at ending homelessness.

You will develop relationships across the organisation to maximize opportunities, maintain momentum on multiple projects, and ensure governance across corporate partnership operations

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in fundraising, B2B sales, business development or corporate partnership development.
• Proven ability to identify major partnership opportunities and drive income growth.
• Strong networking, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of corporate fundraisers to deliver on ambitious income targets.
• Develop and execute a proactive business development and pipeline strategy for corporate partners.
• Oversee donor acquisition, development and engagement to maximise partnership value.
• Identify and progress high-value corporate relationships and convert opportunities into long-term support.
• Manage multiple relationships and projects with pace, clarity and momentum.
