Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking a Chief II Cardiac Physiologist in Cork to lead and develop the Heart and Vascular department. You will oversee the Cardiac Physiologists team, drive efficiency, and work with hospital management to enhance patient care.

The role requires extensive post-qualification experience, IICMP registration if applicable, and strong skills in rostering, recruitment, stock and budget management.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in cardiac physiology.
• IICMP registration if qualified outside of Ireland.
• Experience with rostering, recruitment and training of junior staff.
• Experience in stock management and ordering.
• Experience in budget management and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in development and delivery of services in the Heart and Vascular department.
• Lead and manage the Cardiac Physiologists team and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Hospital management to develop the service.
• Ensure excellent patient care in line with departmental goals.

Role: Chief II Cardiac Physiologist
Location: Cork
Salary: €62332 - €85524
Job Type: Full Time Permanent

TTM are currently recruiting for a Chief II Cardiac Physiologist to join a leading private hospital in Cork to manage and support the team of Cardiac Physiologists and drive continued process improvement and efficiencies in the Heart and Vascular department.

The successful candidate will be familiar with the techniques and range of equipment used in current medical practice for the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients referred to the Heart and Vascular services. Working with the multi-disciplinary team the Chief II Cardiac Physiologist will play a pivotal role in the development of this service in conjunction with Hospital management.

The primary role of the Chief II Cardiac Physiologist is to provide leadership in the development and delivery of services and structures in the Department focusing on excellent patient care.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant qualification
• 5 years post qualification experience
• IICMP registration if qualified outside of Ireland
• Experience with department rostering, recruitment and training of junior staff is required.
• Experience in stock management and ordering is required.
• Experience in budget management and business planning required.
