Job summary

HealthJobs Ltd., Kerry, invites applications for a Staff Grade Cardiac Physiologist in a private hospital. The role involves rotating between the main Cardiac Department and the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab, within a busy clinical team. A BSc in Clinical Measurement Science or MPPM (or equivalent) is required, with BSE accreditation desirable.

Experience at a similar level is desirable, and excellent communication skills with initiative are essential for success in this busy environment.

Qualifications

• Possess the BSc. in Clinical Measurement Science, Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement (MPPM) or hold an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience at a similar level desirable.
• Technical proficiency in both adult Trans-thoracic Echocardiography and/or Cath Lab procedures would be an advantage.
• BSE Accreditation desirable.
• Excellent communication/inter-personal skills and a high capacity for responsibility and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between the main Cardiac Department and the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab.
• Work in a busy Cardiac Department as part of a clinical team.

TTM Healthcare Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Staff Grade Cardiac Physiologist for a leading private hospital based in Kerry.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and enjoy the challenges of working in a busy Cardiac Department rotating between the main department and the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab and possess the following skills at a minimum.

• Possess the BSc. in Clinical Measurement Science, Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement (MPPM) or hold an equivalent qualification
• Previous experience at a similar level desirable
• Technical proficiency in both adult Trans-thoracic Echocardiography and/or Cath Lab procedures would be an advantage
