Job summary

Transport Infrastructure Ireland seeks an Engineering and Sustainability Director to lead the design and engineering of the MetroLink programme. You will develop the design brief, capture End-User requirements, and set standards and processes for design assurance across the programme.

You will integrate design and engineering disciplines, manage cross-functional delivery, oversee partner performance, and ensure safe, value-for-money, integrated outcomes from concept through to passenger services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams in large complex capital delivery projects.
• Ability to develop design briefs and assurance plans for major infrastructure programmes.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces across design, procurement and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering function for MetroLink, setting direction and governance.
• Establish and deliver Technical Authority for the programme.
• Oversee design submissions, design changes and interface management across stages.
