Job summary

Talent Connectors Ltd t/a EU Workforce in Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie to join an established hospitality venue in Co. Cavan. This full-time, permanent role offers free initial accommodation and a competitive €16.50 per hour gross, with a salary review after 90 days based on performance.

You will manage your kitchen section, maintain HACCP standards, train junior staff, and contribute to menu development in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef.
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations.
• Ability to perform under pressure in busy service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and run your assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef during service.
• Assist with menu development and specials.
• Ensure HACCP and hygiene standards are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
