Ómós, a 16-bedroom Irish Guesthouse and 40-seat Restaurant near Abbeyleix, Co. Laois, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our talented team. You will lead a section and take part in breakfast shifts as rostered, delivering dishes to exacting standards.

Reporting to our Head Chef and Executive Chef, you will work in an open kitchen with wood-fired cooking, a culture of respect and collaboration, and a generous salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven Chef de Partie experience in high-quality establishments.
• Strong focus on produce, people and craft.
• Experience with open kitchen and wood-fire cooking (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Lead a section in the restaurant and participate in breakfast shifts as rostered.
• Support service and hospitality flow in the open kitchen environment.
