Job summary

Sengfung Investment Limited T/A South Gate Bar and Restaurant at The Southgate, 4 Barrack Street, Cork is seeking two Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen and deliver high quality dishes with flair.

You will be responsible for preparation, presentation and maintaining high standards of hygiene in a fast-paced setting, ensuring HACCP compliance and efficient operations for 39 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience in modern and busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth kitchen operations, service and consistent food quality.
• Enforcing food safety and hygiene practices in line with HACCP guidelines.
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean, compliant, and professional kitchen environment.
