Job summary

Josh and Lucky Capital Venture Limited in Naas, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Chef de Partie for an entry‑level role in a busy kitchen. This permanent, full‑time position offers 39 hours per week and a salary of €36,605 per annum.

You will prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, manage a kitchen section, follow recipes, and uphold food safety standards while collaborating with the Head Chef. On‑site only, with a supportive team and opportunities to develop your culinary career.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Food safety/hygiene training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in a busy kitchen.
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g. starters, mains, sauces).
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
