Job summary

Food on Grill Limited T/A Rolling Plates in Rathmiles, Killenard (Co. Laois) seeks a Chef De Partie for full-time work. 39 hours weekly with a €36,650 annual salary. Lead daily kitchen operations, develop dishes, and ensure quality in a busy, fusion-focused kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in Chef de Partie or Commis I roles within continental and Indian fusion cuisines, plus strong communication and teamwork abilities. Diploma in cooking or hospitality mgmt is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in chef de partie/Commis I in continental and Indian fusion dishes.
• Diploma in cooking or hospitality management is advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure quality.
• Liaise with suppliers for food orders and stock control.
• Create new dishes and menus to expand offerings.
• Monitor costs and keep procedures within budget.
• Implement health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
