Job summary

Mly Limited T/A Chilli Asian Cuisine in Cork is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. You will prepare and present dishes, uphold HACCP standards, and maintain a well-organised kitchen.

With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and knowledge of Asian cuisines, you will contribute to consistent quality and efficiency in a busy kitchen at Hazelwood Centre, Riverstown, Cork. This full-time position offers 39 hours per week and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Asian cuisine experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth kitchen operations, service and consistent food quality.
• Enforcing food safety and hygiene practices in line with HACCP guidelines.
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean, compliant, and professional kitchen environment.
