Job summary

The Carraig Hotel in Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie for our busy kitchen. You will join a professional team in a established hotel with award-winning bar and restaurant.

With at least 2 years of chef experience and expertise in professional cookery, you will cook to order, assist head and sous chefs, and help train junior chefs while maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. Full-time permanent position, 39 hours per week, salary 36,605 Euro per annum.
