Job summary

Ward Personnel in Cork is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join our growing property team. Based in Cork, you will identify development opportunities, support acquisitions, and contribute to asset management across Munster.

You will work closely with senior management on feasibility analyses, planning processes and stakeholder engagement, with long-term career progression and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor with strong knowledge of the Irish property market.
• Experience in property, development, consultancy, asset management or real estate.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess new development and investment opportunities.
• Support due diligence on potential acquisitions.
• Assist with development appraisals and risk assessments.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of transactions across property types.
• Liaise with local authorities and utilities regarding site matters.
