Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Chartered Accountant to act as Designated Person for Capital & Financial Management for its Dublin-based Super Management Company, covering AIFM and UCITS activities. Reporting to the Board and CFO, you will own financial operations and support DP for Fund Risk.

You will calculate capital requirements, submit regulatory filings, review TER calculations, and deliver quarterly reporting. A generous benefits package accompanies the role in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with asset management or fund auditing experience.
• Knowledge of AIF/UCITS structures and fund management.
• Strong grasp of financial controls and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Calculate minimum capital requirements and forecast future capital needs.
• Prepare and submit financial regulatory filings.
• Review TER calculations across the fund range.
• Deliver quarterly financial reporting to the ManCo board.
• Manage treasury and intra-group reporting for the ManCo.
• Sit on the monthly Fund Pricing Committee.
• Support Fund Risk reporting and risk framework remediation.
