Vision Ireland is seeking a Store Manager for the Vision Ireland Retail Store in Bantry. You will lead a dedicated team, drive turnover and revenues, and oversee visual merchandising, customer service, and daily store operations.

The role requires retail supervision experience, a motivational leadership style, and a passion for community engagement. You will report to the Area Manager and play a key part in delivering strong results across the Bantry store.

• Retail supervisory experience.
• Customer focused with a drive for meeting sales targets.
• Team building and motivational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Relevant third level qualification.
• Prior fashion-based retail experience.

Mansioni

• Meet and exceed ongoing retail store sales targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are attractive and aligned with weekly promotions.
• Recruitment and development of staff, volunteers, and related roles to foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Ensure adequate staffing cover to meet daily/weekly trading needs.
• Maintain high store standards, keep the shop clean and professional at all times.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, stock rotation, and store security procedures.
