Job summary

The Hot Box Sa in Dublin is seeking a commercially numerate, results-driven leader to orchestrate rapid expansion across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the US. You will own P&L, oversee site development from pipeline to opening, and align financial forecasts with lender and board expectations.

You will drive revenue and margins across an evolving estate, manage customer retention strategies, and lead a senior team, including talent development, across dispersed sites and international ventures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior leadership with full profit and loss ownership in a fast-paced, multi-site B2C environment.
• Proven track record opening new physical sites end to end with lease, planning, fit-out and opening.
• Strong financial command: forecasting, board reporting, unit economics and payback per location.

Responsibilities

• Own group EBITDA, unit economics, and payback per location; work with CFO on forecasting and lender relationships.
• Own the site pipeline end to end: identification, feasibility, planning, lease negotiation, fit-out, opening.
• Lead lease negotiations with landlords and manage regulatory risk across ROI, NI, and US zoning.
• Direct external consultants: architects, planning consultants, MEP engineers, Assigned Certifiers.
• Drive revenue, margin and utilisation; oversee customer retention, membership and pricing architecture; manage marketing stack.
