Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children and leading a talented staff team.

You will drive high standards, implement the REACH curriculum, and ensure compliance with national frameworks and regulations while managing budgets and occupancy targets. A strong background in early years and people management is essential.

Formación

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Five years in childcare with at least two in a management role.
• Full clean EU driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to liaise with parents and supervise a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deliver and manage daily operations of the Centre to ensure a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.
• Lead staff and model best practice in line with regulatory standards.
• Implement REACH curriculum aligning with Aistear and Siolta frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with health/safety and childcare regulations; manage policies and budgets.
• Oversee occupancy, performance, and ongoing staff development.
