The Banner Plaza is hiring a full-time Catering Assistant to join its fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will help deliver hot, tasty food with speed, accuracy, and a friendly smile, while maintaining a spotless dining and service area.

You’ll work with the Management Team to hit daily goals, handle cash per procedures, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday are required.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Catering Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers enjoy excellent food, warm service, and a spotless environment every time they visit. You’ll support the Management Team in delivering the high standards that Supermac’s is known for, while working in a positive, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

You will follow our training and guidelines to provide great-tasting food quickly, accurately, and with a friendly smile—making sure every customer leaves happy.
