Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd. is seeking a Catering Assistant/Barista at Parkmore, Galway. You will help deliver catering services to staff from a large multinational medical device company, delivering meals in a positive and engaging environment.

Shifts include Weekdays with varying start times; full training provided and uniform/shoes supplied, plus staff meals during shifts. There are opportunities for advancement for motivated team members.

Asa Catering Assistant/Barista with our team here at Parkmore, Galway, you will be helping us to deliver our catering services to those working for a large multinational medical device company. This position will be very rewarding for the right candidate, helping deliver restaurant services in a positive and engaging environment. Our interactions contribute hugely to the experience of those using our restaurants, and we aim to improve each customer's day through our interactions with them.

Monday to Thursday 7am to 3pm Friday 7am to 2pm

You must have:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering business
• A Strong background in hospitality or catering is preferred
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP, is preferred
• A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude
