Job summary

Responsibilities

• Replenish food counters and service areas to maintain efficient operations during service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Perform washing up and general kitchen duties, including equipment maintenance.
• Support stock rotation and proper food storage procedures to minimize waste.
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures consistently.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist the catering team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
