Job summary

Pontoon is seeking a Case Reviewer on an 11-month contract in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves reviewing appeals related to enforcement decisions on social media platforms and assessing content against policies to determine eligibility and fair outcomes.

This hybrid role requires office attendance in Dublin three days per week, with onboarding and training provided in a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation focused on online safety, digital policy, and content governance.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in content moderation.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Understanding of social media platforms and online content moderation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make balanced decisions.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
• Ability to work professionally with sensitive or challenging content.

Important Information
