Job summary

TP group in Dublin city centre is seeking a Multi Channel - Quality Expert Reviewer (French SSA speaker) for an onsite role. You will review content across multiple channels to ensure compliance with policy, with 40-hour weeks and a permanent contract.

The position requires proven content moderation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is on site for four weeks and starting dates are varied.

Qualifications

• Must evidence previous Content Moderator Experience.
• Onsite Dublin city centre role with no work-from-home option.
• 4 weeks on-site training in Dublin.
• Permanent contract with 40-hour weeks.
• Background checks include Right to Work, Criminal Record, Credit Check.

Responsibilities

• Support quality review of Client workflows managed by the Global Operations team.
• Content Moderation across topics including violence, self-harm, hate speech, nudity, etc.
• ID review and authenticity/access flows.
• Escalations handling.
• Ensure alignment with abuse standard policies and training materials.

Multi Channel- Quality Expert Reviewer (French SSA speaker) - Dublin City Centre

Start Dates: Various

• Location: Onsite Dublin city centre (no work at home option currently available)
• Salary: €39,998.40/year
• Shifts: Full Time, 40 hrs, Shifts starting anytime from 7am to 10pm Mon - Sun
• Training: 4 weeks on site in Dublin
• Contract: Permanent

• Joining the team: Please note that this role is fully office based in Dublin.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be supporting the quality review of the Client workflows managed by the Clients Global Operations team including but not limited to:

Operations team including but not limited to:

• a) Content Moderation - content includes the following topics unless otherwise mutually agreed:
  • Organizing or credibly threatening violence
  • Promoting self-harm
  • Organizing theft, vandalism, fraud, poaching, or sale of restricted goods
  • Misrepresentation, impersonation and privacy violations
  • Hate speech, bullying
  • Phishing, spam, and malware
  • Child Exploitation
  • Nudity, pornography
  • Sexual solicitation
  • Others as mutually agreed in an SCN
• b) ID Review and Authenticity/Access Flows;
• c) Escalations.

The Services shall support the quality review of the following Client workflows managed by Clients Special Ops/Global Risk Ops (GRO) focus on the following areas:

• HERO (viral/meme content)
• DOI (Dangerous Organization)
