Qualifications

• Ideally a qualification in carpentry/joinery.
• Strong carpentry skills and understanding retrofit construction techniques, energy-efficient building methods, insulation, air-sealing, and sustainable material usage.
• Honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Confident using IT software & reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation of energy efficiency upgrades including Solar PV systems.
• Support the installation of Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation (MVHR) systems.
• Assist with Ceiling Level Insulation and Sloped Ceiling Insulation installations.
• Assist with Drylining and External Insulation works.
• Support Natural Ventilation installations and related retrofit tasks.
