Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or transport environment.
• Experience delivering operational performance through strong leadership, accountability and people management.
• Experience managing through supervisors, duty managers or other frontline leaders.
• Demonstrable experience implementing operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to use data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a proactive safety culture, ensuring risks are identified, standards maintained and incidents investigated with corrective actions implemented.
• Drive a culture of accountability and high performance, deploying resources effectively and aligning teams to operational requirements.
• Develop high-performing management teams through clear expectations, coaching and ongoing capability development.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, security, regulatory and company requirements through controls and governance.
• Own operational performance across safety, service, productivity, quality and cost, delivering customer commitments and managing risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation by challenging processes and delivering sustainable gains in performance.
• Leverage data, technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and support decision-making.
