Dovida Ireland is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to organize rostering and manage client-caregiver relationships. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor caregiver and client concerns, and maintain records using the CRM system. This position offers career growth and a supportive environment aligned with Dovida’s Circle of Care philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to organise and prioritise daily, quarterly, monthly and yearly work.
• Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness.
• Must establish good working relationships with office colleagues, clients and Caregivers.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Must present a professional appearance and demeanour.

Responsabilités

• Organise all rotas and staffing requirements (rostering shifts).
• Monitor, log and mediate client and caregiver concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Encourage contact between caregivers, clients and the office.
• Maintain Client service schedule using in-house CRM (People Planner).
• Enter and maintain Client and Caregiver records.
• Record caregiver hours and input into People Planner.
• Handle emergencies decisively and professionally.
• Answer calls in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
• Participate in meetings related to scheduling and rotas.
