Job summary

The Rehab Group in Nenagh, Castle Oaks, Tipperary, is hiring two Care Workers on a permanent contract (30 hours) to provide personal care for individuals with intellectual disability and mental health challenges in a high-support residential setting.

We seek candidates with QQI Level 5 in Social Care, teamwork ability, confidentiality, and a full clean driving licence. Closing date: 14 September 2026. Benefits include a company pension, paid leave, and health programs.

Job Purpose

To provide a personal care service to individuals with Intellectual Disability and Mental Health Difficulties within a high support residential service setting, in an environment which values and respects the individual, fosters a positive behavioral support approach to supporting people with challenging behaviors and an environment that fosters community based living, personal development and social inclusion

What We’re Looking For
