Job summary
Rehab Group in Ballinamore, Co Leitrim, invites applications for a Care Worker in a high-support residential setting. Permanent contracts offer 39 hours or 30 hours per week, with starting salary from €31,561.64 to €43,730.75 pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications.
The role focuses on person-centered care, teamwork, dignity and respect, and supports inclusion and local community living. Applicants should hold QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent and hold a full clean driving

- Minimum of QQI Level 5 in Social Care, or equivalent.
- To be able to work effectively in a team providing person centered support for service users.
- To be able to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of service users at all times.
- Full Clean Driving Licence.

- Facilitate and implement a person centered service appropriate to the needs, wishes and requirements of service users.
