Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
• Experience using One Touch Care Management software is preferable.
• Strong organizational and process-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage carer onboarding, rosters, training, and welfare.
• Deliver Carer Induction Training effectively.
• Monitor daily activities with emphasis on safeguarding and compliance.
• Identify and manage training needs within the team.
• Conduct Client Quality Assurance reviews in line with standards.
