Job summary

A leading homecare provider in Ireland is seeking an exceptional Care Manager to grow and manage a compassionate team of Carers. This role involves overseeing the onboarding, training, and welfare of staff while ensuring the highest quality of care for clients. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in the home or community care sector and a QQI Level 6 qualification. Qualifications

• QQI Level 6 qualification or higher in Health Services Management.
• 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector.
• Experience with One Touch Care Management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage carer onboarding, rosters, training, and welfare.
• Deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training.
• Monitor daily activities using One Touch Care Management software.
• Communicate with the Support Office regarding schedules and client care.
• Identify and manage training needs within the team.
• Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out.

Skills

QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)

3-5 years’ experience in Supervisory or Management role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
