Qualifications

• Manage carer onboarding, training, and development.
• Deliver Carer Induction Training confidently.
• Monitor daily activities with emphasis on safeguarding.
• Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling.
• Identify and manage training needs within the team.
• Carry out client quality assurance reviews.
