Evergreen Care, a leading private nursing home operator in Ireland, is hiring a Domestic Assistant who will clean general areas and residents' rooms, handle cleaning equipment safely, and help with deliveries. Training is provided and flexibility is offered.

The role emphasizes high standards of cleanliness and infection control, requires compassion and good interpersonal skills, and offers a competitive hourly rate with premiums for night shifts, Sundays and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and have great interpersonal skills.
• Good organisation skills.
• Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
• Experience in a similar role and knowledge of HACCP is preferable however not essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of general areas and residents’ rooms.
• Proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions.
• Taking delivery of goods and storing them.
