Job summary

Avista seeks a qualified candidate for a permanent, part-time or relief position in the public sector, based in North Tipperary / South Offaly. The role follows Section 38 payscales and is pro rata according to hours worked.

Essential requirements include a FETAC/QQI level 5 or higher qualification, a full clean Irish driving licence, experience in intellectual disability and with Autism and Behaviours of Concern, and fluent English.

Section 38 payscales: €34,881- €48,434 (Pro rata)

• Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work

Essential

• Minimum of Fully Completed FETAC/QQI level 5 qualification or higher equivalent comparable qualification.
• Full clean manual Irish driving licence.
• Experience working within the area of intellectual disability and of working with people who have a diagnosis of Autism and Behaviours of Concern.
• Proficiency in the English language.
