Job summary

Caremark Meath & Louth is seeking compassionate Care & Support Workers to provide essential personal care and daily living support in clients' homes, promoting dignity and independence. You will work closely with Field Care Supervisors, delivering person-centred care, assisting with mobility, meals and daily tasks, and maintaining accurate care records and reports in line with Caremark policies.

Working closely with our Field Care Supervisors, you will deliver person-centred care that mirrors the support a family member would provide, focusing on daily living activities rather than complex nursing tasks.
