Job summary

recruitNet is seeking a Cardiac Physiologist (All Grade) for a leading hospital in Cork, Ireland. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

The successful candidate will work under the lead Cardiac Physiologist and in collaboration with the Consultant Cardiologist and the multidisciplinary team. Duties include calibration and maintenance of equipment and managing a caseload in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, professionalism and sensitivity towards patient needs.
• Strong team-working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a clinical environment.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties under the lead Cardiac Physiologist and with the multidisciplinary team.
• Calibrate, maintain and audit equipment, ensuring sterility where required.
• Manage own caseload and contribute to assessment, planning and evaluation of diagnostics.
• Participate in on-call rota or rota adjustments as needed to facilitate service delivery.
