Cpl Group in Tallaght, Dublin, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our Kia team. This full-time, permanent role covers new and used car sales as well as financing, guiding customers from initial enquiry to handover and delivering a high standard of service.

• Proven experience in car sales — new, used, and/or finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales journey — new cars, used cars, and finance — from initial customer enquiry through to handover
• Prepare vehicles to a high standard ahead of customer collection
• Deliver confident, professional handovers that leave a lasting impression
• Advise customers on finance options and different commission-eligible products
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with a small, supportive team to hit individual and dealership targets
• Bring a problem-solving mindset to day-to-day challenges on the sales floor
