Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving applications and documentation relating to bonds and debt securities.
• Applying relevant EU regulatory and market requirements in a robust, timely and consistent manner.
• Reviewing prospectuses, listing particulars and supporting documentation.
• Liaising with legal firms, listing agents, financial institutions and other market participants on applications and documentation.
• Engaging with regulatory stakeholders on relevant securities and prospectus matters.
• Supervising and supporting junior team members.
• Supporting the development of policies, market rules and regulatory solutions.
• Delivering a consistently high standard of service to clients and market participants.
• Contributing to process improvements and the use of technology to improve workflows.

Our client is a leading international Financial Services organisation with a significant presence across European capital markets. They are currently seeking a Capital Markets Listings Executive to join their Dublin team on a maternity cover contract initially, however there may be scope for a permanent position.

Working within the Capital Markets team, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and approving applications and documentation relating primarily to bonds and debt securities
