Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in debt advisory, corporate finance or related area.
• CAI, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and financial statement analysis skills.
• Good understanding of debt structures, financing and transaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and project management of debt and capital advisory transactions.
• Support the planning, analysis and structuring of financing solutions for clients.
• Develop and review financial models, financial analysis and supporting transaction materials.
• Work directly with clients throughout assignments, providing clear analysis and transaction support.
• Manage relationships and communication with lenders, investors and other third-party stakeholders.
• Support new business opportunities, pitches and the preparation of client proposals.
• Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to the development of the wider team.
