Job summary

Euronext in Dublin is seeking an Admissions Executive for Bonds and Funds on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The role focuses on applying EU regulatory standards to listing and trading applications and on the second review and approval of debt and fund securities admissions.

You will liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and the Central Bank regarding regulatory matters. Supervising team members and supporting policy development are also core duties.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in a legal, financial services or transferable firm.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of capital markets and debt/fund securities.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools or processes is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business or related field.
• Knowledge of EU securities legislation, Euronext listing rules or experience with prospectuses is advantageous.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an Admissions Executive for Bonds and Funds to join the Primary Markets Admissions team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The position will be based in Dublin. You will primarily be responsible for:

• Applying Euronext and EU regulatory standards to listing and trading applications on a robust, timely and consistent basis.
• The second review and approval of applications from companies seeking admission of their debt and fund securities to listing and trading on Euronext markets.
• Liaising with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications and with the Central Bank regarding regulatory matters related to listing and the Prospectus Regulation.
• Supervising the work of the Admissions Advisors within the team.
• Supporting policy development, including Euronext rule books and delivery of regulatory solutions to Euronext customers.
• Delivering a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times.

Your profile

• Previous senior experience at a legal, financial services or transferable firm
• Strong analytical skills, as well as excellent written and communication skills
• An understanding of capital markets and debt/fund securities
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Experience or familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools or processes is an advantage, and an interest in leveraging technology to improve workflows
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business or a related field
• Knowledge or experience of EU securities legislation, Euronext listing rules or experience in advising on or preparing prospectuses, listing particulars and other documents to support listing/trading applications. will be an advantage
