Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting an experienced Contract Project Manager for a high-growth international consumer products manufacturer in Ireland. This role leads a €20m capital investment programme to extend and automate a production facility, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in a live manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing major capital projects.
• Delivered €10m+ CAPEX projects.
• Strong budget and commercial management capability.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and production-line installation.
• Experience with automation in highly automated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a €20m capital investment programme.
• Manage extension of an existing manufacturing facility.
• Lead installation and integration of new manufacturing and packaging lines.
• Manage automation, equipment installation and supporting infrastructure.
• Coordinate architects, civil engineers, contractors, equipment suppliers and specialist partners.
• Own the project budget, forecasting, expenditure and cost control.
• Develop and manage the overall project programme, milestones and critical path.
• Identify and mitigate project risks early.
• Manage project scope, change control and governance.
• Ensure robust H&S management throughout project delivery.
• Lead commissioning, testing and final handover.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, H&S, Procurement and Finance.
