Job description

Up to €50,000 per annum | Full-Time | Permanent

Kids Inc has over 25 years of experience in childcare and operates 70+ Breakfast and Afterschool programmes nationwide.

We're looking for a Camps Growth Manager to drive the growth and development of our Camps programme across our existing school network.

The Role

Kids Inc already works with 70+ schools, so you won't be starting from a cold market. Your focus will be on building relationships with existing Kids Inc schools, identifying opportunities to introduce Camps and developing those opportunities through to launch.

You’ll also manage a small team of Camps Coordinators and take ownership of the continued development of the Camps programme.

This is a commercial, relationship-led management role combining business development, partnerships, team leadership and programme development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Camps opportunities across existing Kids Inc schools
  • Build relationships with principals, management teams and key decision-makers
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through to launch
  • Drive Camps enrolments and overall programme growth
  • Manage and develop a small team of Camps Coordinators
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve and develop the Camps programme
About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident building relationships and experienced in developing opportunities and leading people.

You may come from a background in:

  • Business development or sales
  • Partnerships or account management
  • Programme development
  • Education, childcare or leisure
  • A similar growth-focused management role

Camps experience is not essential. We're particularly interested in candidates with strong commercial, relationship-building and leadership skills who can demonstrate a track record of growing a service or developing opportunities.

You’ll also need strong communication, organisation, follow-up and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently and towards targets.

A full driving licence and access to a car is an advantage, as travel to Kids Inc schools may be required.

What We Offer
  • Up to €50,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A key leadership role within a growing nationwide organisation
  • Ownership of an established Camps programme
  • Opportunity to manage and develop a team
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Employee referral programme
  • Bike to Work Scheme

All successful candidates will be required to complete Garda Vetting and provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate where applicable.
