Job summary

Pieta House is seeking a driven Campaigns Project Executive to lead planning, coordination and delivery of Darkness Into Light and other fundraising campaigns. You will manage campaign materials, websites, stock, and supplier relations while ensuring strong supporter experience.

You will oversee Pieta’s online shop, develop new products, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns and robust reporting, with Salesforce and Shopify involvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in fundraising, administration, logistics or project coordination.
  • Experience implementing new processes to tight timelines and within budgets.
  • Familiarity with online fundraising platforms and/or CRM systems (Salesforce, JustGiving, iDonate).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends from data.
  • Strong IT systems and MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with website administration and content management.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with initiative and problem solving.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate campaign materials, merchandise and logistics, including ordering, stock control, liaison with suppliers.
  • Manage campaign websites and liaise with vendors to ensure great supporter experience and content updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional with internal teams, suppliers and volunteers to deliver campaigns smoothly.
  • Monitor schedules, costs and quality; report to the Campaign Manager and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop and manage Pieta’s online shop, identify product opportunities and oversee ordering/stock control (Shopify).
  • Familiar with fundraising platforms to support integration, reporting and supporter troubleshooting.
  • Identify process improvements to campaigns and enhance supporter experience; exercise initiative.
  • Provide general project support across the Campaigns Team and other duties as assigned.

The Role:

As the team behind Darkness Into Light, Pieta’s flagship fundraising event, the Campaigns Project Team drives some of the most impactful campaigns in Ireland. The Fundraising & Campaigns Project Executive will take responsibility for several core areas relating to the planning and coordination of Darkness Into Light and other fundraising events.

Aligning with Pieta’s fundraising goals, the primary purpose of the post is to plan, coordinate and manage the delivery of campaign merchandise, websites and supporter touchpoints to ensure bestin-class execution. The role will involve working closely with external suppliers, digital vendors, and Pieta’s internal Campaigns, Marketing, Finance and Fundraising teams. It will also contribute to the annual development and launch of the Darkness Into Light website and other campaign platforms, ensuring excellent supporter experience, accurate back-end reporting, and Salesforce integration.

The Fundraising & Campaigns Project Executive will also manage Pieta’s online shop, including developing new products, evaluating merchandise options, and overseeing ordering and stock control through Shopify.

This role is critical in ensuring Pieta delivers an outstanding supporter experience and deepens engagement with all who take part in our campaigns. There may also be a requirement to undertake other duties as reasonably assigned by the Campaigns Manager in support of successful fundraising campaign delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Planning and coordination of campaign materials, merchandise and logistics, including ordering, stock control, supplier liaison and fulfilment.
  • Account management of campaign websites, liaising with vendors to ensure excellent supporter experience, including website testing, feedback, and uploading of content/images.
  • Cross-functional coordination: working with internal teams, suppliers and volunteer committees to ensure smooth planning and delivery of Darkness Into Light and other fundraising campaigns.
  • Monitoring and communication of schedules, costs, and quality standards, with regular updates to the Campaign Manager and escalation of issues where required.
  • Development and management of Pieta’s online shop, including identification of new product opportunities and oversight of .
  • Familiarity with fundraising platforms (e.g. JustGiving, iDonate, bespoke campaign systems) to support integration, reporting, and supporter troubleshooting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and supporterexperience, showing strong initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Provide general project support across the Campaigns Team and undertake other duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Campaign Manager during campaign cycles.
Skills & Experience required:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant fundraising, administration, logistics or project coordination role.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing new processes to tight timelines and within agreed budgets.
  • Familiarity with online fundraising platforms and/or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, JustGiving, iDonate).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and opportunities from data.
  • Strong IT systems and MS Office skills, particularly Excel (formulas and functions)
  • Experience with website administration and content management
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate problem-solving capability
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging a range of stakeholders
  • Full clean Irish driving licence
