Job summary

PSC Biotech Corporation is seeking a highly organized Specialist, Engineering (Calibration Planner & Scheduler) to support calibration and gas detection programs across manufacturing, labs, utilities, and warehousing. You will plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage calibration activities in a GMP environment.

The role requires 3+ years in calibration planning, experience with SAP/CMMS, and a strong focus on compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Level 7 qualification in Engineering, Instrumentation, Maintenance Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in planning, scheduling, maintenance, calibration, or engineering support within a GMP environment.
• Experience using SAP or CMMS/EAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and scheduling for calibration and gas detection activities.
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual calibration schedules.
• Coordinate calibration across manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, and warehouse.
• Create, plan, release, and manage calibration work orders in SAP/CMMS.
• Manage backlog and drive timely closure of work orders.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Lifecycle management of instruments.
• Drive improvements in planning, scheduling, and work management.
