Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Café Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and commercial performance of a busy café operating within a high-volume hospitality environment. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week located in Bradys, Main Street, Shankill, Co.Dublin, Ireland, D18 E1W0.

The Café Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the café, including staff supervision and leadership, recruitment and training, preparation of staff rosters, payroll oversight, stock control and inventory management, supplier liaison, ordering and cost negotiation, and implementation of cost control measures to achieve targeted gross profit margins. The role also includes responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring overall profitability.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant food safety legislation (HACCP), health and safety standards, and employment regulations. Maintaining high customer service standards and operational efficiency will be central to the role.

Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting. A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
