Job summary

You will design and implement modules for fare management, payments, and customer administration, integrate external portals, and collaborate with teams in Karlsruhe and Seattle.

The role requires a technical degree, 3 years of OO development with .NET Framework & .NET 8+, Azure, Angular, and strong English; a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Min. 3 years hands-on experience in object-oriented software development (.NET Framework & .NET 8+).
• Experience with relational databases and cloud-native development (Azure).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and implement innovative software solutions for public transport.
• Develop and refine software modules for fare management, payment transactions, and customer administration.
• Integrate external software, web portals, and online payment systems (smart card, credit card, mobile payment).
• Analyze multi-layered technical functions to understand user use cases and implement requirements.
• Collaborate with software teams in Karlsruhe, Germany and Seattle, USA, and with international customers.
