Dovida Ireland is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead the Wexford office and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality home care services. You will drive operational excellence, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the local leadership, you will oversee scheduling, care management, and administrative teams while building strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners in the Limerick & Clare region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in operations management, healthcare, hospitality, or related service-based sectors.
• Strong people-management experience, with a track record of leading diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the Limerick & Clare region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Wexford office, ensuring efficient coordination and scheduling of care services.
• Lead, mentor, and support the Scheduling, Care Management, and Administrative teams.
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring of KPIs, service levels, and team performance.

Who We’re Looking For;

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager—an experienced operational leader with strong people-management skills and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.

As an Operations Manager you will ensure the smooth, efficient day-to-day running of the Wexford office , deliver high-quality home care services, and support the team in meeting operational, compliance, and client-service standards. This role is key to driving caregiver engagement, excellent client outcomes, and effective coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the daily operations of the Wexford office, ensuring efficient coordination and scheduling of care services.
• Lead, mentor, and support the Scheduling, Care Management, and Administrative teams.
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring of KPIs, service levels, and team performance
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and **escalate** only where appropriate.

Client & Caregiver Experience

• Maintain high-quality client care standards and manage client feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners throughout the Limerick & Clare region.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations, internal policies, and contractual standards.
• Monitor documentation, care plans, and reporting to maintain accuracy and regulatory readiness.

Staffing & Workforce Planning

• Work closely with the Talent &HR Team to forecast staffing needs based on client demand.
• Support the onboarding, integration, and development of caregivers and office team members.

Business & Operational Strategy

• Contribute to local and national initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Analyse trends, identify risks, and propose solutions to enhance office performance.

Requirements

Essential

• 3+ years’ experience in operations management, healthcare, hospitality, or related service-based sectors.
