Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is seeking a Business Development Representative to own the full recruitment pipeline, from first contact to close. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, develop your network, and take ownership of the results you create.

You’ll receive recruitment training, advance through a merit-based career path, and benefit from uncapped monthly commissions as you grow into senior roles, with a clear ladder from Consultant to Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of post-graduate experience as a BDR, SDR, Business Development Executive, or similar sales role.
• Comfortable prospecting, starting conversations, and building relationships.
• Target-driven and motivated by measurable results.

What You Can Earn

With uncapped monthly commission, your performance directly influences your total earnings.

• Year 1: Average performance can bring total compensation to around €45K.
• Year 2: Average performance can bring total compensation to around €75K.
