Job summary

Link Personnel Services is recruiting on behalf of our client, an international law firm in Dublin city, for a Business Development Manager to join a smart, agile team and work with senior management to achieve objectives.

The role offers €85k base with a total package up to €110k, and a benefits suite including pension, bonus, gym, canteen and travel incentives, with opportunities to engage with international offices.

Qualifications

• Relevant BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• 3-5 years previous experience in a similar position, or a number of years as Senior Exec level.
• Previous experience in Law, Accountancy, Finance, or Banking.
• Previous experience delegating to direct reports.
• Good attention to detail, with strong ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the business development and marketing elements of the overall business plan.
• Partner with colleagues in order to strategise re best approach.
• Prepare partners for meetings, client events and conferences.
• Keep in close contact with the marketing team to align output.
• Keep up to date with market movements in order to inform strategies.
• Use your influence to affect change and guide operations.
