Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Change Business Analyst to support a Business Continuity and operational resilience programme. The role spans the organisation to strengthen processes, support regulatory requirements and improve readiness for disruptive events.

You will gather and document requirements, work with diverse stakeholders and facilitate workshops to drive change and ensure readiness across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Change Business Analyst or in a related change-focused role.
• Experience gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting organisational or regulatory change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, documenting processes and conducting gap or impact analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience within Business Continuity Management or operational resilience programmes.
• Understanding of regulatory or compliance-driven change.
• Experience working in regulated or large-scale corporate environments.
• Familiarity with business continuity planning and disaster recovery concepts.
• Knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation and change readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of Business Continuity and operational resilience initiatives across the organisation.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements relating to resilience, continuity and organisational change.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps and define improvements.
• Support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
• Assist with the review and improvement of business continuity plans, processes and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture requirements, assess impacts and agree actions.
• Support testing, implementation and readiness activities for resilience changes.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues and dependencies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Previous experience within Business Continuity Management or operational resilience programmes.
• Understanding of regulatory or compliance-driven change.
• Experience working within a regulated or large-scale corporate environment.
• Familiarity with business continuity planning, operational risk or disaster recovery concepts.
• Knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation and change readiness activities.

Educational Requirements

• Third-level degree in Business, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Relevant Business Analysis, Change Management or Project Management certification would be advantageous.
