Senior Business Analyst – Client Documentation / KYC / Regulatory Change

Location: Limerick, Ireland – 60% onsite

Contract: 12+ months

Rate: Up to €569 per day

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Tax & Regulatory programme in Limerick.

The role will focus heavily on client workflows, documentation and data, supporting regulatory change and remediation activity across a complex institutional client environment.

This is particularly well suited to a senior BA who has worked within custody, asset/wealth management or institutional asset servicing and can demonstrate hands‑on experience delivering change involving client documentation workflows and client outreach, such as KYC.

The Role

You will operate as a senior, stakeholder-facing Business Analyst, working closely with SMEs and programme stakeholders to define requirements and support delivery across regulatory and remediation workstreams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead requirements gathering across client workflow, documentation and data initiatives.
• Run workshops with senior stakeholders and SMEs to identify, clarify and prioritise requirements.
• Undertake detailed analysis to support requirements and solution‑design decisions.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear functional documentation.
• Analyse existing client documentation and outreach processes and identify required changes.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies to maintain transparency and drive delivery.
• Support remediation workstreams through accurate analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to programme planning and execution.
• Support testing and reporting‑validation activities.
• Provide senior BA leadership during workshops and requirements discussions.

What We're Looking For

You will need strong Business Analysis experience gained within financial services, combined with excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.

• Senior-level Business Analysis experience within financial services.
• Strong experience with client workflows and documentation processes.
• Experience delivering change involving documentation workflows and client outreach, such as KYC.
• Background within custody, asset management, wealth management or institutional asset servicing.
• Experience working with institutional clients and complex trust/partnership structures.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage challenging or senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting testing and reporting validation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• FATCA and/or CRS.
• Tax‑related operational or regulatory processes.
• Regulatory change programmes.
• Remediation programmes.

Tax experience is advantageous rather than essential. The priority is finding a strong financial‑services BA who can clearly demonstrate experience across client workflow, documentation and outreach.
