Spait Infotech in Ireland is seeking a capable Business Analyst to join our team. You will gather requirements, document processes, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear, actionable specs for IT and business teams.

You will analyze processes, prepare BRDs and user stories, support testing, and track changes to deliver value. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with proficiency in Excel, Jira, and Confluence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirement gathering.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Excel, Jira, and Confluence or similar tools.
