You will analyze processes, prepare BRDs and user stories, support testing, and track changes to deliver value. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with proficiency in Excel, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirement gathering.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Excel, Jira, and Confluence or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Support testing and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Track project requirements, changes, and deliverables.
• Communicate project updates and findings to stakeholders.
